We offer yearly, 6-month, and quarterly (3-month) plans for support and updates. Each plan includes up to 8 hours of support per month from our team. This covers technical assistance with any issues or problems that arise with the streaming or ticketing platform solution, as well as updates to the software (as developed) by us during the time of the plan.
